Axis Oral Broad Spectrum Worm Paste for Horses

Axis Oral Worm paste is a broad-spectrum worming treatment for horses. It comes with a dial plunger that can treat a horse up to 700 kg. Axis oral spectrum is composed of two active ingredients called Pyrantel and Oxfendazole, which have efficacy in treating several kinds of worms commonly affecting horses. This includes Redworms, Bloodworms, Pinworms, Large Roundworms, and Tapeworms.

This oral wormer comes in a cooling mint flavor for an elevated taste. It is a rotational worming treatment that, when used along with Program Plus, will slow down the development of resistant worms. Axis horse wormer is safe to administer to all horse breeds, including pregnant mares and stallions.

Direction of use

Axis is given at the recommended dose level of 1 mL per 25 kg bodyweight.
The dose of 1 mL per 25 kg bodyweight delivers 10 mg/kg of Oxfendazole and 13 mg/kg Pyrantel.
The contents of one syringe treat a horse weighing 700 kg. Each weight marking on the syringe plunger will deliver 2 mL of paste, which is sufficient to treat 50 kg bodyweight.

To ensure optimal dosing, follow these administering steps:

Remove the nozzle cap of the plunger
Set the required dose with the ring
Administer the paste by inserting the syringe between the gap of the front and back teeth
Depress the plunger to the chosen dose
Immediately after administration, raise the horse's head, ensuring the dose is fully swallowed.

Avoid contact with skin, eyes and inhalation of vapors
Wash hands thoroughly after use of the product
Keep it out of reach of children
Store in the original containers making sure its tightly fit
Store below 25°C in a dry, well ventilated area
