NexGard Spectra Chewables for Medium Dogs (Green)

NexGard Spectra Green is specially designed for medium dogs weighing between 7.5–15 kg. It is a palatable oral chew that protects dogs against multiple parasites, including fleas, ticks, heartworms, and intestinal worms, for 30 days. It rapidly kills fleas and prevents flea infestations and flea allergy dermatitis. The oral chew destroys various tick species, including paralysis ticks, brown dog ticks, and bush ticks. NexGard Spectra is also indicated for the prevention and control of ear mites, demodectic mange (caused by Demodex spp.), sarcoptic mange (caused by Sarcoptes scabiei), and otodectic mange (caused by Otodectes cynotis). The monthly chewable prevents heartworm disease and protects dogs against intestinal worm infections caused by roundworms, hookworms, and whipworms. Moreover, it also reduces the risk of flea tapeworm infestations. NexGard Spectra is a monthly, flavoured chewable that is easy to administer with or without food.

How Does NexGard Spectra for Medium Dogs Work?

NexGard Spectra Medium Dogs Green contains afoxolaner and milbemycin oxime as its key ingredients. Afoxolaner is a member of the isoxazoline family of chemicals, and milbemycin oxime is a member of the macrocylic lactone family. The combined action of these ingredients protects your dog from fleas, ticks, heartworms, mites, and intestinal worms like hookworms, roundworms, and whipworms. NexGard Spectra’s soft and palatable chewable formulation makes it your dog’s tasty monthly treat.
