Catmate Cat Litter Tray+Scoop

Catmate Cat Litter Tray is the ideal litter tray that you need for your cuddly cats. It can be used with Catmate wood pellet litter or other types of wood pellet litter. The tray is divided into two sections: a sieve and a base. When the wet litter in the tray is shaken once or twice a day, it breaks down into smaller particles that fall through into the bottom tray for easy disposal. Catmate litter trays reduce bad odour and keep your kitty’s litter tray cleaner than ever!

The set includes 1 sieve tray, 1 base tray and 1 litter scoop.

How to set up the Catmate litter system?

  • Put 1-2 hands full of Catmate litter or any other litter in the base tray under the sieve. This base litter will soak up any liquid that drains down from the top layer.
  • The tray is ready to use once you've added a layer of 2cm of litter to the top of the sieve.
  • Shake the tray frequently. It will allow particles that have absorbed the odour to fall through into the base.
  • You can move a couple of scoops of used litter from the sieve to the base tray and add a couple of scoops of fresh litter for a “renewed” litter.
  • Clean the tray once in two weeks or when needed.
